We have had fun learning to write our number ideas on a number wheel.

Choose a number.
Say whether it is an odd or even number.
Write a word story.
Write number stories for the number.
Show the number using equipment.


You could try making a number wheel at home. Bring it to school to show us all.

What is a Fact?

This week we have been learning to write facts.

We know that a fact is information that is true.


Here are some of the facts that we have written about.

Bees can sting.

Some bugs can bite. Kaelan

Some bugs get into a group to fight their prey. Alex

Jellyfish do have tentacles. Alyssa

Hornets can kill bees. They chop the bees with their teeth. Jareth

Scorpions have stingers on their tail. Ariana
